Case 04-C-x, brought in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, a female employee of a large office supply company sued her former employee for sexual harassment and unlawful retaliation for complaining about the sexual harassment.  The case settled to the client’s satisfaction.

Case 04-C-x, brought in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, an hourly employee of a grocery store brought suit for unpaid overtime wages and unlawful retaliation for complaining about the unpaid overtime.  The case settled to the client’s satisfaction.

Case 04-C-x, brought in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, a restaurant was sued for unpaid minimum and overtime wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act.  Caffarelli & Siegel Ltd. successfully negotiated a settlement limiting the damages to be paid by the restaurant.

Case 04-C-x, originally brought in the Circuit Court of Cook County, a group of employees alleged they were not paid overtime by their employer, a large baking company.  The case was eventually removed to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and settled to the clients’ satisfaction.
